How many people do you think can simultaneously skinny-dip across North America? Guinness World Records™ organization has agreed to create a new category for the largest number of people simultaneously skinny-dipping, and AANR is the contact association for this record event.

AANR plans to coordinate skinny-dipping events at participating clubs and legally-sanctioned nude beaches throughout North America on Saturday July 11, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Nudist Time, to coincide with Nude Recreation Week.

We want the world to know the joys of fun and wholesome skinny-dipping as an American tradition proudly supported by AANR while being recognized by Guinness World Records™.

Tell your friends. You don’t have to be an AANR member to participate. Those who might be a bit shy about shedding their swimsuit can get in the act by jumping in and pulling their swimsuit off underwater, hold it overhead and be included in the count.
